This is a smoothie recipe from my breakfast cookbook, Are You Sure That’s Vegan, made with frozen bananas and Chocolate So Good soy milk.
Ingredients
2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
2 cups chocolate soy milk (any kind, but I like So Good the best)
1 cup vanilla soy yogurt
Directions
Place all the ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Makes 5 cups.
