Ingredients
1 can chick peas
1 stalk chopped celery
1/2 chopped red pepper
1/2 chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 minced clove garlic
1 small piece minced fresh ginger
5 chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp nutritional Yeast
Directions
Drain and rinse the chick peas. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve or refrigerate for later.
